- I live in London but visit Peterborough alot
- What is your own vision for Peterborough?
- Because I work on the Citizen Power programme and read all your profiles - it would be that everyone on this website felt that their own vision for Peterborough was starting to become true by the time Citizen Power is through in summer 2012
- One thing you'd like to change about the place?
- I'd encourage a more of a risk taking culture. Try it and see.
- What areas of the Citizen Power project are you most interested in?
- All of them, but particularly arts and social change.
- What's your favourite place to eat in Peterborough?
- Just heard Patisserie Valerie is in town...
- Favourite place to go?
- The Green Backyard is an oasis in the city, Sacrewell Farm do a mean tractor ride and in the city, I like the willow trees that hang over the River Nene, looks so peaceful.
- If a Martian came to Peterborough, what would you show him/her/it to explain what the place was about?
- The Cathedral is amazing when you first see it, it has beautiful old brick work and an imposing facade.

- I am the Programme Manager for Citizen Power at the RSA. I work alongside Sam, Jocelyn, Susy, Jamie, Emma, Ben, Rebecca and Louise and will all our partners in Peterborough, like Graeme Clark who works at the council.

Peterborough in print
Hope you'll indulge me here, a bit of summer (where's that sun gone?!) fun but with a serious side.
I've been stocking up on some summer reading and recently finished Dissolution by CJ Sansom (which i would totally recommend by the way, gripping murderous thriller set in the 15th century) - anyway I was really struck because Peterborough is mentioned early on and it got me thinking about a visit last year to the Musee des artes du Cognac - in Cognac, France - where there was…

Yesterday I decided that all profits from ticket sales from the event at the John Claire Theatre, after deducting the cost of its organization, I will provide for the purchase of equipment (microphones and stands)
for children's songs group from Polish Saturday School in Peterborough.
I also want to convey some of the profits for one of British charities
or for the purchase of Polish books to Central Library Peetrborough.
Maybe you have some other idea :)
