Have you lived in Peterborough long?
I have been coming to Peterborough most weeks now for about 4 months but need to get out more to the outer areas
What is your own vision for Peterborough?
A place that buzzes with a confident sense of itself and offers a unique and innovative arts scene that is additionally strongly connected with social change
One thing you'd like to change about the place?
Less about shopping; more about communal spaces for people
What areas of the Citizen Power project are you most interested in?
Um...I would have to say Arts and Social Change - it is the strand I am responsible for...
What's your favourite place to eat in Peterborough?
Jimi's on the Broadway. Great food. recently opened and needs support.
Favourite place to go?
Central Park. Still haven't had time to hang out in the Cathedral enough.
If a Martian came to Peterborough, what would you show him/her/it to explain what the place was about?
Probably the waterways and river and how its' geographical position formed it's history.
Tell us some more about yourself
Well, I am originally Canadian but have lived here for over 30 years. I spent most of those working as an actor and theatre director and then ran a Creative Partnerships area in north London building partnerships between creative practitioners and schools. I have two daughters almost ready to leave home.
